"Um Al-Emarat Park" is set to host a celebration for the occasion of the new Chinese lunar year under the title "Together in Light: 40 Years of Chinese-UAE Friendship." This event comes in collaboration with the Embassy of the People's Republic of China and the Chinese Language Institute, and is scheduled to take place from January 24 to February 1.
The celebration will include an exhibition of lanterns, interactive cultural activities, live performances, and artistic showcases that highlight the cultural heritage of China and the UAE. The exhibition features 20 unique designs of lanterns created by artists from Sichuan, inspired by three main themes.
Additionally, the festival includes a special children's exhibition titled "Where Are You?" which encourages children from China and the UAE to create artistic works that express their cultural heritage and exchange positive messages. This exhibition aims to enhance children's imagination and understanding of the importance of cultural diversity and communication between cultures.
